Dry red wine made from the varieties Merlot 50% and Cabernet Franc 50% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 20 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated od 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 14% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.
