Dry white wine made from the variety R’kaciteli, by fermentation of 2 months and kept on lees for 4 months. The grape is cultivated on 230 m a.s.l.. It contains 13% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite.
