Tasting notes Violet colour. Aroma of ripe red berries mixed
with some vanilla and toast from the time spent in
new barrels. Blackberry/strawberry and raspberry
flavours. Consistent, balanced. Excellent acidity.
Pairing Grilled meats, intense cheeses. Grilled “picanha”,
barbecues and roasts with strong, spicy sauces
