A limited output, the result of careful and meticulous clonal selections, a particulary favourable soil and microclimate, make this Sauvignon an exceptional Collio wine. Colour: straw-yellow turning golden with time. Bouquet: intense, with suggestions of yellow pepper, banana and melon. Flavour: aromatic and velvety, with excellent structure.
Serving temperature: 10-12’C. Recommended with: grilled fish, shellfish and pasta dishes.
