Premium quality sparkling wine, produced 100% from the variety Chardonnay, the grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected form the vineyards located on the slopes of the Trentino mountains in Italy. After the long aging process in the bottle, this wine is a perfect synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity.
Aged for at least 5 years on fine less. It is characterised with deep yellow colour with golden highlights and gentle perlage.
Particularly fine, intense bouquet, with hints of almond blossom and reinette apples.
