Vinification: Micro fermentation in 5 tones stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and pumping over system, prolonged contact with the skins for greater extraction of desired compounds.

Ageing Potential: If storage is done properly in optimal conditions this wine will improve in the next 6-8 years.
REGION AND GRAPE SPECIFICS
Vineyard: 10-18 years old vineyard from The Vardar River Valley Region. The area of the plantation is with density of 4200 vines per ha cultivated in spur cordone system. Yields average around 8000 kg/ha.
Harvest: End of September by hand and placed in 20 kg plastic casks
