This 100% Pinot Gris has yellow – greenish colour with copper tint. It has fruity aromas as citrus and passion fruits. The taste is gentle, mineral and spicy.
Serving Suggestions: Chilled at 10-12°C with white meats such as chicken or veal with creamy sauces (especially with mushrooms) and fresh noodles, richer fish like monkfish and salmon, scallops.
