Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 600hL and 800hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Taste: Creamy hazelnuts with pleasant freshness, sweet finish.
Winemaker’s note: Refreshing, piercing, character of Riesling , combined with certain floral quality and elegant sweetness.

Serving: We recommend it at a temperature of 8-10°C
