Open ruby nuance and strong aroma with recognizable wild strawberry, cherry and blue plum. Light red, but well structured with soft and pleasant tannins which provide its fullness, softness and complexity.
It is ideally served at 15-17°C with seafood, fresh-water fish, neutral cheese, prosciutto, rabbit meat with mushroom sauce.
