Intense and persistent bouquet, with hints of delicate white flowers followed by scents of white pulp fruit such as “golden” apple and white peach. The taste is pleasantly aromatic, slightly mineral, dry and fresh with a good acidity and long finish.
Serving suggestions: excellent as aperitif or with finger food appetizers made of mussels and sea fruits, fantastic with seafood starters or main dishes.
Serve chilled, at 6-8°C.
