Odyssée 2017 is a distinctive and elegant red that unites the structure of Bordeaux with the warmth of the Rhône Valley. It shows a deep garnet color and an aromatic profile of ripe raspberry, blackcurrant, and kirsch, layered with notes of dried flowers, garrigue, cinnamon, and subtle spice.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with silky yet structured tannins. Flavors of red and dark berries are complemented by hints of fig, pepper, and herbal complexity, balanced by freshness and a refined texture. The finish is long, perfumed, and slightly spicy, showcasing both elegance and depth.
Crafted by Pierre Graffeuille and Matthieu Dumarcher, this unique cuvée blends Cabernet Sauvignon from the Médoc with Southern Rhône varieties, creating a harmonious balance between power and approachability.
