A powerful and expressive red from the prestigious Pago de Aylés estate, Senda de Leñadores 2021 showcases the depth and character of Aragón’s unique terroir. Made from a blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this organic wine is aged around 10–12 months in French oak, adding structure and complexity.
In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby color. The nose is highly aromatic, offering layers of ripe red and dark fruits, complemented by notes of spice, cocoa, pepper, and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, with fresh acidity, polished tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
Critically acclaimed (around 92 points from major wine critics), this is a structured yet balanced wine with excellent aging potential.
