Bodegas Roda Cirsion 2020 is one of the most prestigious wines from the renowned Rioja region in Spain, produced from a meticulous selection of grapes from very old vines. The blend is primarily Tempranillo (about 88%) with Graciano (about 12%), delivering exceptional concentration, elegance, and depth.
In the glass, it shows an intense deep cherry color with powerful aromas of blackberries, cherries, and red berries, layered with notes of violets, cocoa, spices, and subtle smoky oak.
The palate is full-bodied, velvety, and complex, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity that give the wine remarkable balance and freshness. Flavors of ripe dark fruit, cocoa, spice, and mineral nuances lead to a long, elegant finish.
Aged for about 8 months in 100% new French oak barrels, Cirsion 2020 combines power with finesse and has excellent aging potential.
Food pairing: grilled steak, lamb, duck, wild mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
