Crafted from 100% Syrah harvested from vines planted between 1955 and 1994, the wine undergoes traditional vinification with extended maceration and barrel ageing in French oak, demi‑muids, concrete and other vessels, enhancing both texture and complexity.
In the glass, the 2015 vintage displays a deep, opaque ruby‑purple colour and an expressive aromatic profile that balances black and blue fruits with cedar, spice, smoked herbs and mineral notes. On the palate it is full‑bodied yet refined, with velvety tannins, rich dark fruit flavours and a long, enduring finish that bridges power and finesse.
