Color: deep ruby red with a purple tint.
Aroma: fruity with spicy tones, aromas of blacberry, black plum, blueberry and cassis with notes of dark chocolate, sandalwood and Irish coffee.
Taste: Full and elegant, with soft and integrated tannins, long-lasting and persistent aftertaste.
Ageing: 24 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Food pairing: with meat specialties, games and selected aged cheeses
Potential for several years of bottle ageing; decanting before serving
Serving temperature: 15-18 °C
