TEMPRANILLO, CABERNET SAUVIGNON
ELABORATION
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The wine is then aged for 12 months in American oak casks. Afterwards, the wine is matured in bottle for at least one year until the roundness and complexity characteristics of our Reservas is achieved.
TASTING NOTES
This vermilion-red wine is clean and deeply concentrated. Complex aroma of ripe fruit and vanilla are present. The perfect blend of the Tempranillo variety with the generosity and roundness of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes makes for a smooth, velvety wine with and elegant, spicy finish.
