After bottling, a secondary fermentation occurs during which carbon dioxide is naturally formed into petite, pearly bubbles which enchantingly cling to the sides of each brisk serving glass. Made to be the highlight of any celebration, it is abundant with freshness – captivating and everlasting beyond one final savor. Charming with aromas of applesauce, ripe pear and freshly baked bread.
