Leo Hillinger Sauvignon Blanc Ried Ladisberg 2020 is an elegant single-vineyard white wine from Burgenland, Austria, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone-rich soils that give the wine its distinctive mineral character.
In the glass it shows a bright golden-yellow color with green reflections. The nose reveals expressive aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, elderflower, and citrus, with hints of nettles and flinty minerality.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, precise, and mineral-driven, supported by fine acidity and elegant fruit notes of white peach and citrus, leading to a long, clean finish.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C
