This 100% Syrah wine pours a deep garnet colour and unfolds with an expressive, velvety nose of ripe black fruits, tart cherries, peppery spice and delicate oak‑influenced notes. On the palate, it delivers full‑bodied richness, refined structure and supple tannins, framed by a core of concentrated dark berries and a generous, lingering finish.
The grapes are hand‑harvested and meticulously vinified, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels to enhance complexity without overwhelming the varietal purity.
