Characteristic of this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is the deep purple color. The intensity of black berry, black plum, grape and blueberry gives us full nose of fruits, despite the spicy aromas and vanilla flavours coming from the part of oak aged maturing, which also makes this wine well balances with soft tannins and a wonderful aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions: At 16-18C with classic beef, game or lamb roasts or stews, or cheese Camembert, Brie, Roquefort.
