Description
It originates from the Tuscan vineyards of the winery, located in the southern part of Monalcino. Grows on clay soil, less calcareous. Great as an aperitif, or accompanied by light appetizers, such as grilled vegetables, pasta with vegetables, pasta with shrimp and zucchini as well as seafood.
