Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical static sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 300hL and 600hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Aromas: Fresh, ripe pear and citrus aromas, completed by seductive honey and cinnamon.
Taste: Long, beautifully structured finish crispy and zesty mineral.
Winemaker’s note: Golden straw color, flamboyant, chardonnay with vibrant and complex aromas and medium-bodied palate.
