THE MIRACLE, CAVA BRUT ROSÉ, 0.75L

This Cava is born from the conjunction of the best Western grapes from Requena, grown with northern exposures and from the patience and stillness of its aging in our winery. It has remained more than 9 months at 17ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
Currant cava with reddish reflections, bright, with a fine, persistent and elegant bubble. With an intense fragrance, it displays aromas of ripe red fruit on a background of pastry and mokka with subtle citrus notes. Creamy texture, broad and persistent in the mouth. Balanced acidity, with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.
