This dry wine has a dark ruby color ripens in oval wooden barrels. Grapes are grown from thirty year old vines, which it gives the wine a rich fruity character with aromas of raspberry, dark plum and spicy notes. It’s a crow rich and full-bodied red wine taste, with delicate and elegant tannins. Goes great with lamb, veal and pork.
Temperature serving temperature is from 15 to 18 °C.
Production method: long maceration, fermentation in stainless steel barrels, maturing in in oak barrels for 12 months
