This sparkling wine is made 100% from Temjanika grapes from the Kamnik winery’s vineyards. The wine reveals its complexity through the extravagance of the delicate bubbles. The curiosity about this semi-sweet white sparkling wine is the application of the traditional 4-year bottle ageing method. The traditional method enables creation of complex and elegant aroma while preserving the varietal notes. It is abundant in remarkable fruity aromas of dry apricot, orange peel and white flowers. The taste is full-bodied and creamy, with perfectly balanced fruity and spicy hints complemented with some citrus freshness that enables enjoying the long aftertaste.
