SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices are expressed in Macedonian Denars (MKD) with VAT included.
In accordance with the Trade Law of the R.M., Wine.mk is obliged to meet the obligations arising from this Law:
- Wine.mk will deliver alcoholic beverages through its e-shop only between 09:00 and 19:00 h.
- Wine.mk will sell alcoholic beverages through its e-shop only to persons older than 18 years of age.
After completing the order placement, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation containing the order details.
The payment can be done in two ways:
- With a payment card (MasterCard Worldwide, Visa International, Diners Club)
- With a pro-forma invoice, by a bank transfer.
If the product is delivered with a damage and if you have remarks for the quality of the product, please contact the manufacturer.
In case you want to return the product because of a reasons unrelated to us and to have the money returned, you will have the delivery costs reduced from the total sum, which is 120 MKD (VAT included) for parcels of up to 10 kg of weight and 240 MKD (VAT included) for parcels of more than 10 kg of weight. If you want to return the product and to have the money returned, you are obliged to keep the product undamaged, unused, in the original package together with the accompanying documents.
Regardless of the reasons for replacing or returning the product, you have to previously supply a written statement indicating your reason for returning the product, at the following e-mail: [email protected].
