Description
Made primarily from old-vine Garnacha grown on steep slate (“llicorella”) soils, it shows intense aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and mineral notes. The palate is powerful yet elegant, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, complex finish reflecting the character of Priorat.
Food Pairing:
Roasted lamb, grilled beef, game dishes, truffle cuisine, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses.
