Description
A sparkling white wine produced 100% from Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. This light straw-colored sparkling wine is characterized by a complexity which is revealed in the magnificence of the delicate bubbles. This Brut Nature sparkling wine is made by traditional method. The wine is ageing for a period of 4-years on the lees (yeast particles). The aroma is remarkable, powerful and elegant with fruity and spicy hints. The taste is full-bodied and creamy, perfectly balanced with fruity tones and mineral undertones, complemented with citrus freshness that enables enjoying the long aftertaste.
Recommended serving temperature: 6 –9°C.
