It is a magnet for the connoisseurs. Sparky dark-ruby color with granite-like nuances. Strongly fruit scented of palm, olive, pepper. When poured into a glass, the wine is consistent with sweet savor of ripe small red fruit.
Bovin’s Shiraz is recommended to be served at temperature of 15-17°C along with grilled game garnished with marmalade made from red fruit and berries, with roasted beef and pork or with tasty Macedonian dishes with okra.
