Dry red wine made from the varieties Pinot Noir 93% and Tempranillo 7% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 24 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 500 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.
