It is a round, supple wine with a good structure typical of Chablis Premiers Crus.
PAIRING:
This Chablis 1er Cru goes perfectly with fish in butter or cream. Other fish dishes and soft cheesees.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°C
AGEING POTENTIAL:
Its roundness and flexibility make it possible to enjoy it now but being a Chablis Premier Cru it will however benefit from aging a few years to express itself at its true value.
Ageing is 5-10 years.
