Handpicked Tempranillo (100%) from 550 m altitude vineyard.
Color: deep ruby red with a purple hue.
Aroma: fruity with spicy tones, aromas of ripe sour cherry, black plum, dried fig with notes of vanilla, cedar and coffee.
Taste: Full and elegant, with soft and integrated tannins, long-lasting and persistent aftertaste.
Ageing: 24 months in used American and French oak barrels.
Food pairing: with meat specialties, lamb chops with spicy sauce, as well as with selected cheeses.
Potential for several years of bottle ageing
