This sparklng wine is produced 100% from the variety Chardonnay. The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand from the vineyards located on the slopes of the mountains Trentino in Italy. Aged for more than 36 months on fine lees. It is characterised by deep straw yellow colour. Harmonious and intense aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnut and a multi-faceted floral bouquet.
The palate is rounded, elegant and harmonious with intense fruity notes typical of Chardonnay.
