This sparkling wine is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes from Kamnik own vineyards and it is marked by а rich complexity revealed in its delicate pearly bubbles. It is a brut sparkling wine produced by application of the traditional method, i.e. the wine has rested in bottle for four years, which has produced a powerful and elegant aroma with impressive fruity and spicy notes. The characteristics and the appeal of this wine are reflected in the tender flakes of genuine 23-carat edible gold added in the wine itself. Golden Spark, apart from its ultra-modern gently glittering appearance, is also characterized by its full-bodied and creamy taste, perfectly balanced with fruity notes and mineral undertones complemented with citrus freshness that enables the long aftertaste.
Bottle ageing capacity of several years.
Pairing: as an aperitif, combined with fresh sea food or fresh fruits.
Recommended serving temperature: 6-9°C.
