The Chardonnay for this wine comes from plantations located in the Veles vineyard, a micro-locality called Kamenjata. A luxurious, full-bodied wine, which is fermented in oak barrels and aged for 8 months on fine lees, the so-called sur-lie method. Intense on the nose, where aromas of buttery pineapple, baked apples and fresh vanilla stand out. Elegant and buttery on the palate where flavors of vanilla pudding and biscuits intertwine with vibrant citrus acid. The aftertaste is long and spicy with notes of candied ginger.
