This 100% Chardonnay from Popov Winery has bright yellow color. The 12 months ageing in barriques with sur lie method gives us smooth and oily vanilla presence complimented with dried peach and citrus fruits.
Serving Suggestions :At 12-14C with fine rich fish dishes, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, cheddar cheese, foie gras and all umami rich dishes
