Pinot Gris is a world-wide variety that grows well in the Jeruzalem mountains, as has been proven for decades. The grapes were grown in the prime locations of Kajžar and Jeruzalem, in a nature-friendly way. It is medium-bodied with a pronounced varietal flower reminiscent of ripe apple, pears, white flowers and spicy pepper notes.
