Varietal characteristic and typical Sauvignon – a real classic from the Jerusalem Mountains. The grapes were grown in the prime locations of Kog, Vinski Vrh and Mali Brebrovnik, in a nature-friendly way. Sauvignon is medium-bodied, mineral and fresh. It is characterized by an intense varietal flower, in which the aromas of gooseberry, citrus, elderberry and passion fruit intertwine.
