Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, placed in plastic crates of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 300hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Color: White-gold color with greenish reflections
Aromas: Elderberry, pineapple, white flowers
Taste: Fine acidity with medium body and a ripe pear aftertaste.
Winemaker’s note: Strong and distinctive perfume. It shows brilliant greenish-gold color. Seductive aromas of white flowers, lilac and elderberry, paired with fine minerality. On the palate the wine shows fine acidity with a silky fruity light-to-medium body and a ripe pear.
Food pairing: To be served with nuts, fruit salads or creamy desserts.
Serving: We recommend it at a temperature of 8-10°C
