Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, placed in plastic crates of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical static sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 200hL and 300hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Ageing: Stainless steel tank, 4-6 months (sur lie)
Aromas: Fresh fruits with dominant strawberry essence and kicks of spice.
Taste: Full-flavoured palate with nice fruity character and good length.
Winemaker’s note: Great concentration and lots of flavour. A stylish, grown-up sort of rosé that’s perfect for summer’s day.
