The aromatic profile of this Chardonnay has been boosted by the addition of some Viognier (6%) and Gewürztraminer (3%) to the blend where floral, citrus and stone-fruit (рeaches, nectarines, apricots and cherries) notes are backed by a hint of spice. The medium-bodied palate shows ripe, peach flavours with hints of lime and toasty pineapple. The finish is clean but full, with flavours of tropical fruit and ginger spice to the fore.
Serve with monkfish, king prawn risotto or chicken fricassee…
