Dry white wine with light yellow color with green undertones. It exhibits intense aroma of linden, almond, chestnut and sweet melon aromas, and the taste is harmonious and full bodied with buttery aromas and powerful, intense finish.
Recommended serving temperature is 12-13°C, suggested pairing with lobster, sea bass in buttery sauce, turkey with truffles, scallops, or ripe sheep cheese.
