Tussock Jumper – Moscato Rose Spain
Its small grapes are hand-picked at the optimum stage of ripeness from late August to mid-September. They give forth a more concentrated juice as well as more concentrated aromas extracted from the skin. The soil content is mostly made up of limestone.
Best served at 7-10 °C, with salads, fruits and desert.
