Pinot Noir is a notoriously difficult grape variety to grow, but the wine it produces is worth the effort. Its gestation starts with a cold pre-fermentation maceration and two weeks’ fermentation at controlled temperatures.
Dark with ruby tints. Delicate flavors of red and black berries mixed with floral notes. Hints of delicate wood and vanilla. Complex and long on the palate. Aromas of crushed black fruits and jam, plump and well-integrated tannins.
Serve: 17 °C – 18°C with Charcuterie, Grilled meats or lamb dishes.
