Sweet (fortified) wine blend from the international and domestic grape varieties Riesling, Chardonnay, Zupljanka and Zilavka. It is characterised by amber colour and aromas of honey, caramel, quince and vanilla hints. Full-bodied wine with flavours of dried apricots, candied orange peel backboned by good acidity and prolonged caramel aftertaste.
To be paired with tufahija (baked apple with walnut & cream), rice pudding with cinnamon, crème brulee and caramel and coffee based desserts.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-12 °С.
