Dry red wine made 100% from the variety Merlot, by classic fermentation. It is aged for 8 years of which 40 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 16% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.
