A classic Left Bank Bordeaux, Château Beaumont 2020 offers exceptional value and balance, reflecting the strength of this highly regarded vintage. Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, it combines structure, elegance, and ripe fruit character.
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum, layered with notes of cedar, tobacco, spice, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and harmonious, offering a generous core of ripe dark fruits supported by fine, polished tannins. Fresh acidity and a touch of minerality provide balance, while hints of licorice, graphite, and oak add complexity. The finish is smooth, structured, and persistent with a refined, velvety texture.
