Grape: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Miúda and Alicante Bouschet
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Miüda and Alicante Bouschet. Beautiful dark ruby red color. A sultry nose of ripe fruit and a southern spiciness jump out of the glass. Black cherry, blackberry, black plum with hints of cinnamon, clove and juniper. Tasty, luscious mouthfeel, rich, smooth and round. Long, mouth-filling finish that leaves you with a wonderful summer feeling.
Delicious with Cabrito Assada (Roasted goat), Porco a Alentejana, Coelho em Vinho (Rabbit in red wine sauce) and other stews.
- The grapes are hand-picked and strictly selected. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with long maceration of the pellets. Matured in French oak for 9 months.
