Excellent as an aperitif or throughout a meal. This sparkling wine is produced from the varietes Pinot Noir 70% and Chardonnay 30%, the grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected from the vineyard located on the slopes of the mountain Trentino in Italy. It is aged for more than 36 months on fine lees.
It is characterised by rose colour and delicate aromas of berry fruits, faintly balsamic undertone and a bouquet of considerable complexity.The palate is enriched with hints of berries and fresh balsamic notes with remarkably persistent finish.
