Sweet (fortified) wine produced from late harvest Vranec and infused with herbal extract of traditional Macedonian herbs. It is characterised by dark red colour with dark purple hue. Aromas of black dried fruits and herbal overtones of which mint and black currant leaf dominating. The palate opens broadly with aromas of liquid chocolate, licorice, butterscotch and long aftertaste of coffee beans. Lush, bold and rich wine, sweet and nicely balanced with acidity.
To be paired with chocolate mints, chocolate truffles and cocoa based desserts.
Recommended serving temperature: 12-14 °С.
